A vintage piece circa 1930's this beauty features a 9ct gold frame with millgrain top with an outer decorative ring of twisted gold and delicate foliate design housing an incredibly detailed and very beautiful Carnelian shell cameo depicting a Victorian Woman. The Cameo is so intricate and the attention to detail is quite exquisite to say the least. The top has a fitted bail and the back has a secure pin and safety chain with a second pin allowing you to wear this as a pendant or a brooch.
