Purchasing Guide

At Jewellery Past and Present we pride ourselves in sourcing the best quality estate, vintage and preloved pieces for our customers. If applicable, some of our pieces are supplied with a valuation from a registered valuer. Like all second-hand items, there is potential for them to display slight imperfections or blemishes but all effort is made to disclose the condition and any flaws.

Photographs are a large part of the description. Please ensure to study these prior to purchase. Please note you are purchasing secondhand used jewellery. These have been worn and should not be expected to be in new condition.

The purchaser is to accept full responsibility that they have examined and read the thoroughly before completing their purchase.

Returns

At Jewellery Past & Present we do not offer any returns or refunds on items for “change of mind” or if the item does not fit.

Refunds will only be granted if an item has been misdescribed. Contact must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. The item and all received packing will need to be returned via Australia Post via express post with tracking details within 7 days. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received in the condition as originally sent.

Please note, we do not accept returned items that have been resized or altered from the condition in which they were sold. Jewellery Past & Present reserves the right to refuse a refund if any criteria outlined above has not been met.
